Thank you both for your warm responses and I shall certainly go into the sites suggested. I am now feeling that this will help me understand what is going on more. I am saying this, I have done Yoga for many years and in the 70's did feel the Kundalini raising itself and it is probably stopped at the heart chakra. That is ok, I do not want to force it and will let it just happen. What I am reading on this list, is this Kundalini has come too soon for some people and does cause a lot of out of balance anguish. So possibly those on this list that are having problems coping would it be suggested to go to Mystress Angelique's website?
May be some stupid questions here but will get to the site on my days off when I have time to really read and absorb.

that's ok, June... i realized that your pain made hard to appreciate the
humor... perhaps there will be times when some humor about your suffering
may help to lighten your load a little... i laugh about my illness
sometimes... and other times i cry... they are both ways of releasing the
emotional baggage that comes with how we often respond to our pain...

my instincts tell me that the 4th of these links,

to start... that is the abbreviated and free version covering the essence
of most of what is contained in her online Fire-Serpent Tantra course....
that course costs $88.88 and usually takes students 6 months to a year to
get through the 60 video lessons that each has a corresponding web page...
however, there is so much that can be absorbed for free from her many
websites, and the ideas and experiences that this may arouse in you can be
discussed here on K-Gateway... so there is plenty of Mystress's help made
available without any cost but the time and effort that you put into it...
