Yes the tornado is the Goddess and so are the flames on the board.
Kundalini follows attention. I personally would rather pay attention
to the loving compassionate feelings I have for those who recently
experienced a very traumatic event. I am sure if Goddess didn't want
me to pray for those people then She wouldn't have put the idea in my
head in the first place.
