This is very beautiful to me... Has anyone else experience of this?

If sitting in a prayer posture, white inner hands of light can become
accessible and charged with the bliss of goddess. Placing them into old
patterns and identities, tends to just dissolve the stuff or it can be
gently lifted out through the top.

Also I find another way to keep the crown open is to imagine two tiny
monks sat on my head at either side of my crown and praying down with
divine white light.Rich
