Subject: [K-list] Latest experience to share

I was at college today, and I experienced something very significant. I
noticed that what I used to feel as psychic stuff wasn't sticking to me. In
the past I have felt it from one person in particular, but today I felt
nothing. I asked and received the answer, "There's nothing to stick to. I
am nothing. I am an impermanent, free-flowing stream of consciousness.
(feels like a contradiction, but hey, that's what came up) Thoughts,
feelings, sensations come in and they go out. Thoughts, feelings,
sensations are created and then they are destroyed. But they are not me."

We were doing a weekend on family therapy, and I realised that the stuff
around my family and the past just doesn't hold any energy for me anymore.
I can move and be my own person without any of that baggage, and I can do
this dynamically. I've let go of all notions of who I am. My boundaries
are limitless and solid at once. This excited me so much that I found it
very difficult to focus on anyone else's material during the morning. By
the afternoon, I began to 'grow' into the experience and I could be more
available to people.

Talking of symbols, we were asked to choose a toy that represented us at the
moment. I chose a pelican breaking out of its shell. I then did some
research and learned that the pelican is a symbol of Christ and the
self-sacrificing mother (the pelican mother pierces the skin on her chest to
feed her fledglings on her blood). The alchemists use the pelican to depict
the fourth of five stages in the evolution of the soul, which is about
surrender, sacrifice, and transformation, in preparation for the emergence
of the phoenix, the final stage.

I feel amazing. I am moving through stuff at a rate of knots. I feel
compelled to share this with you all because I want to share my joy and the
possibilities. I embraced and surrendered completely to the process and to
Goddess, and this is what happens.

Right, I'm going to stop writing about it now and start living it. Good
