i've had to learn to surrender my tendency to hold the 'nonforgiven'
energy from a person/s almost like mental worry beads. an
addiction....unpleasant, but hard to give up...

it helps, it feels so much better.. to be clear...free of sticky
bundles of grudgeholding or annoyance or what have you...they drag
behind us like and tangle up our "castnets" of personal energy...

i start to see it not only on a personal level, but universal level.
and i figure i can't hope to affect the whole if i can't affect the
one (me).

it rocks to be peaceful.
