Subject: [K-list] Mood poll interim report

Dear List,

So far 21 people have answered the mood poll. Thanks to all who have
responded so far. If any others want to participate (see below for poll),
please write either to me or to the list.

We seem to have a fairly top heavy scale--10 votes above an even 3, and 3
votes below.

1 has 3 votes
1&2 has 3 votes
2 has 4 votes
1&3 has 1 vote
2-3 has 2 votes
3 has 5 votes
3-4 has 1 vote
4 has 1 vote
5 has 1 vote

11 of those responding said they have wide mood swings.
5 people said they used to have but not so much now
5 said no, not often, or only seasonal

Changes in mood swings:

8 people said K was the cause of mood swings
7 people said they had fewer swings since K, or that they were not bothered
by them as much--more in control
6 people said they were happier
