    So it goes. I have seen this before. The imperative of Kundalini is
surrender. What is not surrendered, is taken by force. Hard for you, you
did not know. Attachments were released, not pleasantly because you did not
know to release them voluntarily. Things will get better.

    I usually sleep six hours or less. It is not unusual. People need much
less sleep than they think. Sleeping 8-10 hours evolved to keep monkeys out
of trouble when they were not eating or making more monkeys.

    Let go of attachment to the material, count your blessings. When it
comes to what really counts, you are rich beyond measure. Gratitude heals.
