Dear Terry,

I'm so sorry you and your family have had such a rough time of it, but
wonderful that you have remained strong together! Highs and lows seem, for
some reason, to go with Kundalini territory! We are often made empty so that
we can be refilled. Something like that! Change is inevitable, of course,
but changes with Kundalini can sometimes be *extreme.* All we can do is be
"thankful" for whatever occurs and know that it all ultimately results in
pure love/joy.
