From what I have felt from you on this list, I can only say that your
little daughter on the way, is one very lucky child. How can your past
Karma directly affect your child, except indirectly through its effects on
you now?
Your Karma affects us all as ours affects you, and she will only get her
fair share of that just like the rest of us!!! Spread out so thinly across
the firmament of life, your past can't have been that bad to create havoc
or anything, can it? As an adoptive parent, how can I say that my Karma is
visited upon my two boys directly through me? I did not make them...you
have no idea how much that gets me off the hook...

Anyway, they say that the child picks the parents. The child comes to you,
not through you. You are about to embark on one of the most beautiful
experiences of your life... you will now experience a new kind of
unconditional love, both ways, from you to your child and from her to you. A
magical time to savor...if ever there was a time to BE in the moment, this
is it.
