First of all, I'm sorry for all your losses. Losses and traumas are one of
the frequent "triggers" to the release of Kundalini energy! Buzzing,
vibrations, heat, voices (mystical experiences of all kinds) go with the
territory! As you already know, you are not crazy, although some say that
mental illness is simply Kundalini energy gone a bit haywire. Welcome to the
world of Kundalini! And a warm welcome to the K-list. I think you will find
many kindred spirits here!
