I was lying on a bed with very soft music playing and I was trying to relax, and I was focussing on the ceiling, my thoughts were directed to feelings of love, like my children and happy memories, I also had giving up cigarettes, days before, and I was relaxing because I was expereinceing withdrawls,.......I was also focussing in on my lungs, wanting them to be clean and healthy. (This happened to me 6 years ago, and I am afraid to say I have smoked in between that time and now).
After 40 minutes, I started to expereince a warmth like no other warmth, in my chest area, it grew and levelled off, I moved my hands to my chest I really could feel the heat emitting from my chest, and as I move my hands the warmth over my face and all, the heat was emitting from them too.
This expereince lasted for a good 30 minutes and then appeared to fade away as I go to my feet and resumed my life chores.
My wife told me my face was of a red in colour, and I appeaed to glow, but it did fade away within hours.
MY expereince up till now as never been explained to me, so I have carried this wonderment unexplained or understood.
Alas I have never expereienced this beautifulness ever since, but what a memory.
