Hi Hillary, I hope I'm not coming in too late for this poll. I didn't
see a message with the results so...

I gotta say that for quite a while now I've been in the #1 zone.

The mood swings is something that was not different at the beginning of
my K process and for most of it. But for a good six months now, maybe
because of my #1 zone, if I look closely at my relationships I would
tend to think that it has been better lately. And when they do arise
now, it's generally in situations where justice is an issue (something
that can really set me off). One thing I have noticed is how I deal with
the mood swings. First of all, they don't bug me as they would have
before, I just don't seem to mind so perhaps I'm noticing them less now.
Secondly, when I let myself be outspoken when they happen, I really
don't seem to care at all anymore about the consequences in the sense
that if speaking my truth means risking pissing off somebody I don't
mind at all. Who cares what others may think or say about me as a
consequence. The only concern I have though is to really be careful I
don't harm anyone if I sense this might happen by being so outspoken
now.
