This is interesting, because the makers of calcium citrate claim it
exceeds the absorption rate of calcium carbonate by 265%.
Something "don't add up" here.

Also, they get their calcium from fish, not coral.
Coral reefs are shrinking all over the world. I sure hope that this
quack's get rich scam doesn't result in their further erosion.

fortified orange juice, plain old milk, ordinary calcium
supplements -- maybe a mutli-vitamin for iron, zinc, etc., or just
eat a varied and balanced diet. Overdoing vitamins and mineral
supplements can be harmful!!
