I experienced that same kind of thing a few weeks ago, calling it "fuzziness".
The funk started out as an emotional and mental dampening of sorts, where I had
a hard time with feeling my "space", but it rapidly migrated into exactly what
you are describing. I'm still going through it, as evidenced by my quick and
unthinking responses on K-list recently.

I honestly don't know what it is, but "tired of life and the long haul" fits
well. In me it's manifesting as lethargy, an emotional short fuse, and these
horrible stress headaches that don't quit. Just thought you'd like to know you
aren't the only one.
