Hi all,

I am an herbalist (among other things) and have been doing research
on herbs that would help with aggravated Kundalini. Ayurvedic
medicine, the 5000 yr old healing system of India, has herbs which
support and strengthen particular chakras and/or the system as a
whole. Has anyone gone to see an Ayurvedic practitioner for
Kundalini symptoms?
