Well I managed to clear the "blockage" but just added to my problems. I realized that mediating is often not the anwser and lying down is often a better approach. I surrendered to the energy and it increased and more of it came out my root chakra. It cleared the blocked alright but I had/have a burning sensation in my spine all night, like it was on fire, and today I feel charred.

I guess I'm getting there, but its two steps forward and one step back.
