Subject: [K-list] Discouraging excruciating back pain

Hi all,
It is 4 AM here in Northern California and I am awake because my
upper back hurts so much. Last week it was my solar plexus and this
week its my heart. When my back unclenches for brief periods of time
then I feel this searing pain in my heart. I have tried all kinds of
visualizations and nothing seems to provide relief. I have been
working with Kundalini energy for years and this has never happened
before. I could really use some encouraging words right now.
