i do want to clarify, that i was successful removing a major blocked Root
Chakra by healing the spot above it (between it and the next chakra, and not
actually as far up as the nexrt chakra)... when i focused healing on the
Root Chakra itself, it ony increased the pressure... but i did not focus on
the Second Chakra itself, only on a spot between the two...

this is sort of like unclogging a pipe (the Sushuma) where it was clogged in
a spot between the 2 chakras... a copy of my original post about this is
incuded below this message...

i went through several years of experiencing something very similar... after
almost 20 years of meditation, i suddenly started to develop a balloon-like
pressure at the base of my spine every time i sat down to meditate... this
became quite uncomfortable, and would cause me to shift back and forth in my
seat, or even to discontinue the meditation... when i tried to send healing
energy to this location, it seemed to only increase the pressure... i hardly
ever felt this pressure at times when i was not meditating...

an answer eventually came to me about this from my Inner Voice... there was
a swelling at my root chakra which was being caused by a blockage between
the root chakra and my second chakra... as soon as i started to focus
healing energy on the area above the root chakra where the blockage existed

(instead of on the chakra itself), the pressure began to ease up...

this blockage eventually became completely cleared, and i have not
experienced this type of pressure in years... i have also heard of some
people having a similar type of pressure in either their heart chakras, or
the pineal gland chakra in the center of the brain... this can probably
happen to any chakra... so, if giving healing attention to the chakra only
increases the problem, i suggest trying to work on a possible blockage just
above it...
