I have a problem with my K energy, I seem to be blocked all around the solar plexus. The K energy comes up for the base of my spine and fills up in my stomach and feels blocked around my solar plexus, it wants to flow up through my body , but is trapped down there. Can any one help? Do you have and advice Angelique? I was thinking of some asanas to open up the solar plexus area? Or any over technique.
