For this life, for this day, for each breath and heartbeat. Give thanks for the food you just ate. Give thanks for the good, and for the bad, and for all that you learned from all those experiences. Give praise to God, or the Creator, or whoever or whatever you believe it is that sustains you. Praise all elements of this amazing creation. If prayer causes too much energy phenomena, back off a bit- just keep it short and simple.
