I wanted to share an experience in the hope that someone might shed some
light on it. About two to three weeks ago, I was in bed drifting off to
sleep, when the K started to rise. I entered a trance-like state, and the
thoughts that went through my mind were, "If I have to die, then I will
die." At that point I felt as though I was surrendering my body to
something (Goddess presumably).

Then I began to travel with the energy through my body, and I was fully
present inside the meridians (I presume) at each part of my body as it
twitched slightly. I remember hearing my thoughts that I am not
experiencing the K process much on the physical level at the moment, as my
body is not being forced into complicated yoga asanas, and that may or may
not make up aspects of my process.

Then I began to feel pain in certain areas, and I thought, "I'll just detach
from it. It's only pain." This went on for several minutes, followed by a
period in which I can't remember anything. Then I heard myself think two
things: "No, I don't want to be a dominatrix", and "No, I want this soul to
do it." It was as if I was in conversation with someone.

In all of this, I felt as though I was standing at a distance, observing and
hearing myself experience all of this, but somehow remaining removed from
it. This happened on the first day that I began doing the grounding and
entity clearing exercises found on Angelique's website.

Has anyone else experienced something similar? Perhaps this is my first
NDE?
