I was sensing K. energy rather strongly earlier this evening, so I
decided to meditate. Normally, I meditate first thing in the
morning and first thing before I go to bed. So, this was an
impromptu interim meditation. I had had several cups of coffee
during the day, but I figured that might simply prevent me from
going too deep, that the stimulant effect would inhibit slowing down
my breathing and heart rate somewhat.

Well, it did more than that. Shortly after I came out of meditation
I got a migraine, the first one in 25 years. It appears that the
nervous energy had no other place to go except into my head, where
it rattled things around a bit. The migraine started with a blind
spot, which then started "dancing" around with multiple jagged color
bands. Not at all pleasant. However, I was able to "feel" the
source of the thing, and the blind spot dissipated after only a half
hour or so. All I have now is a dull ache in my head and a little
nausea.

So, it seems, at least for me, that active K. + coffee + meditation
= migraine. Just something to watch out for.Peace,
