Has anyone here ever had an encouter or know anything about Babaji?
Sometimes I think about the man with three eyes that gave me shaktipat. The
details are a little blurry since this happened seventeen years ago. But I
met him at Harbin and we climbed a mountain together. He was old with a
long beard and dressed in Indian clothes. I thought he said he was a
disciple of Muktananda's but it's possible I heard this slightly
incorrectly and he was just in the same lineage.
When I heard about Babaji not too long ago (who has the same mantra as my
lineage via Muktananda) I wondered... maybe I saw him? But the person I met
seemed so real, I mean, he even had a van he was living in at the foot of
the hill. Of course he disappeared the next day... without a trace. He said
he lived in the mountains for months at a time. He was very unusual, yet,
still, seemed too real. I wonder about this becuase it still amazes me to
have looked into someone's eyes and seen a real third eye come from one of
their other eyes and plunk itself right into the middle of his forehead.
I was just wondering if anyone has ever met him and if so did he seem this
real?
