Subject: [K-list] Lightning bolts, smell of roses and glacier water

Hi Kristy,

I was kinda wondering myself about the same type of lightning bolt that
woke me up suddenly one night recently after only a short period of
sleep. I thaught at first that it came from the window too. But as with
you stormymouse, the lightning was not from a storm going on outside but
some other manifestation. In my case it passed through the top of my
head (that often feels open these days and it's like I can feel the wind
continuously...it almost tickles!) and diffused throughout my body quite
gently but I got up after cause with this charge of energy I felt rested
enough and real peaceful too. I've been waking up at night like this so
much since a while and it sometimes bugs me and the visions and strongly
symbolic dreams can get overwhelming at times. But what seems to work
for me to damper the feeling of being overcharged is doing some yoga,
eating cause I get real hungry in these moments, drinking lots of fluid
(I prefer water), read and write you guys and using this seemingly very
creative energy on composing music or whatever. I find the fear is
normal cause we are human after all even if we're being blessed with and
guided through K. What helps me in moments of fear is to tell myself
that the source of my fear is only cause I'm purging something and
there's no other reason for it... I realize this might sound strange but
it does calm and reassure me anyway...

I find the thick band of energy feeling to be perhaps the funniest thing
of all that we go through with K...I compare this to the chubby white
mascot for the Michelin tires...

The lovely smell of roses has often enchanted me on other occasions of
similar nature but was just as mysterious as to it's origin. This
exhilarating perfume was an especially appreciated blessing when I was
stuck in the filing room of a painful lifeless office environment...

P.S.: Does anybody have a clue as to why for some funny reason I am
attracted to glacier water these days, besides the fact that I'm sooo
nostalgic of the rockies and can't wait to go back out there to that
natural temple? Thanks!
