Yeah! K can release floods of emotion that go waaay back!

Usually the most intense period is at the very beginning! As you noted, it's
harder when it's resisted! The good news is you got through it! :))
Sometimes, though it becomes cyclical until it finally smooths out.

I would guess it's probably a bit of both--the opening of "normal" human
channels and the opening of supra normal K. It's all normal, of course. We
just become a lot more "aware."
