I had a CS massage once. I have mixed emotions about whether or not to recommend it though. She release one side and the back of my head, but not the left side. I was uncomfortable for a couple of days - my ears drained and I was very irritated from some emotional stuff that came out afterwards. It might be different if you get the release from all the areas...mine was a little rough, though.

I was wondering if anyone have been to a cranio-sacral treatment. I
feel that I am very out of balance with electrical sensations up in
my head and I feel that neither yoga or meditation does it for me.
Also I have noticed that my pupils (in my eye) have gotten much
bigger since I started to open up and went with the flow. Anyone else
had that happening?
