What people think what Guru's are? Depends on the person, I think.
Myself I have found an Inner Teacher. This is maybe a higher aspect or something else which can give you good advice. It is not always the message you want to hear - I can tell you.....

For some people maybe it is better not to find a Guru. Some people get dependend on them and forget to think for themselves.

So far I have found some ideas of several people which conflicts with the several definitions:
- a guru is someone who is telling you how you must live your life.
- a guru is telling you, you are the only one who decides for themselves how to live.
- a guru is an enlightening being
- a guru is just a step further than you, so he can help you to look further
- a guru is taking care of you
- a guru is setting you alone, so you will learn.So, who knows the answer? Not me !
