I coulnd't agree more. I have forged and continue to forge my own way save
for 5 years psychotherapy during which my therapist also took on the role of
a teacher of sorts for me.

I'm very very wary of all those claiming to be teachers or healers.
The guru within is the one I have
always relied on and it's never let me down. The best teachers (as mine
was...) are those whose sole aims are the encouragement of this.

Teachers and healers must be healed for the large part themselves or they
have the potential to do unbelievable harm.
I'd venture a tiny fraction of those assuming the mantle are actually up to
the job. Study and qualifiications count for little - but direct experience
everything.
