On 2002/09/09 01:31, Rich posted thus to the K-list: I've found this an interesting read and something quite close to home.
Just one comment... Sometimes we don't always see what is going on when
we are caught up in the whirlwind of something. It can be good for an
outsider to look in (or another insider to look within depending on how
you look at it :-) ).
In my own experiences sometimes I've taken on ideas or beliefs from
someone who thought they were helping me but actually ended up making me
feel more confused and against myself. I don't blame them, they just did
not know what they were doing. They did not see the consequences of
their actions... Small wisdom... I think sometimes the best belief is no
belief, for these can become mental attachments and limit the level of
exeprience of the whole.
When cut off from source it's easy to look outside for solutions.
Personally it takes me a long time to fully trust someone (both on an
intellectual and intuitive level) - even with my closest friends there
are still things I would prefer not to tell them.
If a healers expression is coloured by their own ideas and beliefs then
it may not be in the receipients best interest - it might be projection
of ego instead of transmission of the nectar of source!
Best wishes,
Rich
