No, the activity of the lower chakras impede the higher chakra functioning.

Not different. At least I don't use the two words in differing senses

This experience indicates the Grace of the Divine Shakti
It is the descent of the energy from above.
In ancient Saivism, it is called as 'Shaktinipaadam'.

> it is strengthening my meditations, allowing me to go deeper.
It represents the rise of the Ida nerve from the left toe. Ida nerve
naturally flows downward.
Its rising up is excellent. May be, more purification has to be done as
well.

Pingala nerve naturally flows upward. With this both of them can
synchronize with one another
In fact, you may be very ready for merging the Ida and the Pingala into the
sushumna.

A realised spiritual master must be able to work on your awareness and guide
you.
