Dear Carl,

Welcome to the K list! :)) It's interesting that you have had intervals
between your K experiences--9 year between your first and second and "time x"
between year 20 and present.

Powerful changes in breath and rocking spine movements seem to be hallmarks
of k activity. Eastern disciplines of pranayama and Hatha yoga, etc. seem to
work to trigger what comes naturally with spontaneous awakening.

Gratitude and surrender to K energy always seem to make it much easier on us!
 You seem to know this instinctively :))
