I still get auditory affects, constantly if fact, like white noise
that's always in the backgroud if I listen for it -- the OM
vibration if you will. I also get steady tones during meditation,
as well as a few during normal consciousness. However, I never get
voices anymore, except for the occasional thought that pops into my
head. Communication during meditation seems to occur more by
feeling or "light bulb over the head", where the whole concept
manifests all at once.

Anyway, glad you're here. Expand on the voice a bit if you feel so
inclined.
