Subject: [K-list] Suddenly early bird and Beautiful colors
From: J.E.M.
On 2002/09/06 18:46, J.E.M. posted thus to the K-list: A tide moving back and forth
A breath flowing in and out
A pulse throbbing again and again...
This is the way the emergence of K is working in me bringing me through
cycles of subtle nuances of Active passivity and Passive activity (makes
sense to me anyhow) like it's alive and kicking with its own pulse
moving through me. The consciousness of being one with It, that is
forging me with myself and "It", is growing stronger at each heartbeat.
Like our friend Amy on the list said this afternoon, I too often become
suddenly an early bird (otherwise not the case) being awaken at 3AM
until dawn when the world is still asleep just before the city beat
pulls them out of the whomb of their warm and cosy beds. The air is
clearer and less filled with a surplus of vibes and I too find it makes
it easier to concentrate on contemplating to our hearts contempt what is
going on inside us.
After reading the different messages about those colors we see, I
followed Percyval's suggestion to read the old Poll on the subject. This
lead me to remember an extraordinary dream I had when I was a child that
moved me so that I remembered it all my life as if it had just happened.
I was in a room where the decor was very different than what we may be
used to: extremely simple and modest with no flashy-showy of any kind,
minimalistic with a sort of innate warmth conferring to the place a
sacred sense of grandiose. Their was some kind of bed in the room that
looked a bit like an operating table. As a matter of fact it felt like I
was waiting for the healing people or beings to arrive at any moment (I
never did get to see them). A wall of blocks made of glass was the only
other object I noticed, allowing a lovely warm and comforting light to
run through. Then I started noticing the colors, experiencing the colors
is more like it and they were of such an incredible beauty that I am
still to this day profoundly moved when remembering the impression they
left me with...(sigh). Words can't seem to express the intensity of the
experience (as it is often the case with intense experiences...).
As for colors I might see in or out of meditating (however the spaces
between the in and out moments are melting away as the meditation
becomes an integrated part of the living experience), for my part,
include the white, blue, purple, indigo, etc..., depending on the
movement of the chakras that I like to compare to the evolution of the
pistons/valves (mechanics please bare with me here!) of a motor. I
belive that our chakras, being an intrinsic part of our Being that is in
perpetual movement, can themselves at any moment be opening or closing
(with a great range of degrees), this being temporary although we may
have strong tendencies. And a period of lesser opening for example
should not necessarily be systematically considered as being pejorative
or a problem, the chakras are simply moving and breathing with us
continuously as we go through experiences of different nature. These
tendencies, I find, might be the only thing perhaps worth looking at if
its your thing. I think that it will all work itself out anyway
eventually if we look at and work on the causes rather than the
symptoms. But, that's just me and to each his own, right?!
Happy colors everyone!!!
Peace and Love in All,
Julie
