After reading your posting, it sounds very familar to my early
morning hours activity. I don't have the "vacuum" feeling as you have
described it in my sinuses but I do have alot of chakra activity. My
third eye also pulsates at about 3:00 a.m. which is typically when I
wake in the middle of the night since my experience.With my eyes closed, in the middle of the night I see the spiral
motion of the the chakra energy being absorbed or emitted from my
body. Lately, I have tried to leave my eyes open when I wake in the
night. Low and behold I can know see swirls of light not a well
organized as the spirals. Also there are very small intense blue-
white lights that always seem to pop up on the left side of my vision.

I had tried opened eye mediatation in the night in the past but did
not develop into anything at the time. Now in the middle of the night
it is quite exciting to see these energies with my eyes open!

I think that the K. energy is most active in the early morning hours
as it is also the time when your hormones surge. Also because you
body is still and the house is quite you tend to be more pereceptive
to the inner workings of the K. I find this is the best time to
connect with my inner self since everyone else in the house is asleep
and all is still and quite(no distractions)!Any thoughts on what the small blue-white lights are?Amy
