Spending long periods in the light means to then spend long periods in the Dark. It is the law of balance. Living in the Light creates an imbalance and darkness rushes in to balance the polarities. This is why metaphysical people have such difficulties living their lives. They are always surrounding themselves with white light. Determine to live in Clear light.

Of course, white light bunnies obsessively live in the light which calls forth the darkness for balance. They are easy to victimize and tease and it is fun to do. It is not about good and evil, just balance.

What you focus on manifests. Your visions are just part of you showing themselves to you to be loved and accepted and absorbed back into yourself.
