The thing is, if there's a bit of the dictator in you, it comes out
obviously in the things you say - you are what you are at any particular
stage in your life and if anything, being shot down in flames over the way
you've said something on a list like this can only be a good thing if it
raises awareness at the end of the day.

I don't have a problem with fights on the list - I know I've flamed a few
myself and they teach me about areas where I could do with a
bit of improvement. Conflict and the ways people choose to deal with it is
the major way we learn about ourselves and others I think. Quite topical
this, as I'm currently involved in a teaching resource that covers 'creative
conflict resolution'!
