Other things to rule out organically before you consider a k related effect.

Consider it might be muscloskeletal related. Arthritis in the rib cage section, pulled muscles in the same location.

Sometimes a good osteopath will be able to do an adjustment on your back because some verterbral misalignments mimic heart attacks.

Sometimes pain from the lungs is referred to the heart area. Does it hurt more when you take a deep breath?

When all these things have been ruled out you might consider a heart chakra opening.

For your foot pain you are describing typical symptoms of a pinched nerve. Sometimes pain in the toe like you are describing is from a severe case of sciatica. The sciatic nerve extends down into the toe area from the buttocks.
