I'm delurking again. Seems that I only write the list (or in this case 2
lists) when completely freaked out. Well, it is that time again and I'm so
glad you are here to turn to.
Does anyone know of a K conversant doctor in Manhattan? A GP who perhaps
won't think I'm crazy? I have been having another round of heart pain for
the last few days. Just spoke to a dr. who'll see me later today. He
thought it wasn't a heart attack as the pain comes and goes, doesn't stay
too long and is confined to the heart. Asked me if the heart area hurt to
the touch. Nope. Pain in the left arm or shoulder? Nada. Could be
heartburn or an anxiety attack. Anxiety attacks I can accept. When
anxious I have actually felt energy wrapping and tightening around my heart
but not this time. Just off and on pain, which the doc said most likely
wasn't a heart attack as heart attack pain doesn't come and go.. Had much
worse heart pain during the initial awakening... Never saw a dr. as I knew
it was K related.
Since the big K came roaring in I haven't been able to work. Career is down
the tube. Occasionally want to rant loudly "I'm not nuts, having a midlife
crisis or nervous breakdown. Just having a spiritual awakening. What is
so bizarre about that?" Have no money left and am hanging on by the
thinest thread. Now it is just over two years since the big bang. I have
gained so much weight, had so much stress and feel so alone. Yada yada....
well you know the drill.... Maybe it is just anxiety. Sensitive to the
9/11 anniversary perhaps.
Which leads me to a whole 'nother physical issue that I have seen addressed
briefly in the past. Foot pain. Intense energy shooting in through the
left big toe can hurt but that I can deal with. Comes and goes. Yet also
get major pain in the left foot and sometimes right. It is excruciatingly
to walk on and other times just fine. Often in the same day. But of late
it has been a whole lot of pain all the time. Just about anything else I
can deal with but not being able to walk well is really tough as it is
pretty much my only physical outlet.
Wonder if all this has anything having to do with the heart and stomach
(third) chakras opening up big time within a three week period earlier this
summer. Got the whole internal light show of colors and whirling chakra
energy. It seems that all my chakras are now open so isn't that supposed
to be near the end of the first big energy period? I constantly try to
surrender to the energy and not fight it. Let it run it's course and
assimilate the experience. I'm beat and this barrage is really getting to
me at the moment (and I'm sick of whining and being so self involved...)
Your thoughts would be most appreciated.
