Kundalini will bring the shadow to light all by Herself. The shadow will be
exposed as fear generated by the ego. You might ask yourself who you would
be if you let go of the sardonic energy right this minute. These things that
we notice about ourselves are exactly the right place to start. My shadow
includes a kind of aggrieved martyr. When I let her go, I found out I was
