Already you've contributed something valuable. I've always felt
that opening the heart was key to getting the energy going, but have
been told by others that heart blocks were largely a male issue and
women usually don't have that problem. You experience refutes that.

Now, just to contradict myself (LOL), lately the energy seems to go
right up to the 6th and 7th chakras without having to break through
the heart center first (not that I don't feel the heart mind you).
It seems more evenly distributed too, and I'm having visions in the
third eye.
