Another person (Ken?) mentioned Kundalini Yoga. Have you ever heard of this? The last time I mentioned Kundalini Yoga some people had a small fit. However, I started with this type of yoga and the kriyas involved and have had wonderful success. Why? Because it's a holistic approach to balancing health, happiness, God-consciousness AND Kundalini.

There are certain kriyas, or exercises/postures, that I do that may not be the best for you. For this reason, I suggest you find a KY instructor near you. There are quite a few in the UK, altho' I should warn you, the yogatech websites are down right now (scheduled up on Wednesday) due to server problems. The reason I say that some kriyas may not be good for you is the way you, personally, are experiencing Kundalini awakening or rising. I experience the energy specifically as a God-awakening or Christ-Consciousness. I am devoting much of my life to the understanding of Union (Yoga) with God or Spirit. And this, Gregor, is what Kundalini energy is -- the awakening of God-given creative energy inherent in us all, no matter if we're Hindu or Sikh or Wicca or Christian -- or anything. This is a fact that canNOT be ignored.

Kundalini Yoga unites your being with the One That Is. The Truth. Isn't that what everyone experiences with Kundalini? Truth? If you deny the Truth, well then you do, but I suppose the process is a bit tougher. Also, with KY, you have a lot of FUN and laugh. And that's a good thing! No?
