Well, I can't speak for anyone else, but on the climb to the "top of the
pyramid", I've stopped and taken a look back down That is EXTREMELY
humbling. From this perspective I can see how many blessings I've been
given.

I was raised a Christian (in an offhanded sort of way) and have studied
several other traditions now as well and I see no conflicts in the basic
doctrines of the major religions.

LOL! No, there is no "controlling" K. I've found it out the hard way. :^)
What excercise, diet, and meditation do is allow you to become more in
harmony with the energy. It is possible to learn how to quickly put yourself
in harmony with it or take yourself out of harmony with it so you can
interact with the physical world safely and without distraction (like when
you need to drive). Also, in my experience, the energy comes from within.
It is always with everyone, whether the individual is aware of this or not.
We were all created in the likeness of God.
You are correct in saying that the energy cannot be used for the purposes of
the ego, because the ego is the very thing that keeps you from being in
complete harmony with the energy.

I cannot recall a posting on this list that dealt with using K to "get what
you want."
It just doesn't work that way. There may have been some before I joined this
list, but the majority of the posts we deal with is how to harmonize oneself
with energy without the rest of the world thinking your "nutso" while you're
going through the process. People who attempt to use this energy for this
purpose are simply not aware that they live in a world of great abundance.
The abundance is their's for the asking.
