Hi Gregor,

Yes, my initial spontaneous awakening in 1984 was quite disturbing, as was
the second spontaneous enegization in 1996. Both nearly put me in the
loony-house. Kriya yoga has restored my sense of participation in the
process now, as has my participation on the K-list.:^)
