Interesting that like many of us your experiences cross religious lines. :))
With at least 100 yahoo groups now listed under Kundalini, it's not
surprising yours didn't get much traffic :)), especially since there is an
active Christian K list at Yahoo groups called "SacredKundalini" (started in
1998 by Maureen, a previous k-list member and Christian minister.)

It's interesting that some of us seem to go through cycles of "awakening" and
then incorporating the experience into day to day life. I'm curious! What
have been the experiences that you don't think are common to K?
