You missed my point, which is that the sodas themselves, with or without sugar are detrimental to healthy tissues. People with diabetes are sometimes so concerned with the sugar/no sugar thing, they forget the rest of the item they're ingesting (in jesting?) is harmful as well. And while I think the Diabetes Organizations mean well, they are often guided by research done by pharmaceutical companies.

As for showing you, go show yourself. Read Dr. Julian Whitaker, for one example. And by the way, Monsanto is an evil company. My purpose in posting was not to convince you of anything, only to support those who thought as I did about the topic. What you do or don't do in your diet is of no concern to me, tho I wish you a long, healthy life.
