Greetings fellow kundalites,

I have been a member for a few days. I must tell you it is great to be able to speak so freely of the kundalini. My first awakening was in 1984. But I believe that I had signs of a budding K from an early age.

In 1984 when my kundalini made its presents known to me I had no idea what was going on. My muscles twitched and wigggled as if very tight rubbler bands were snapping lose. This started at about 7pm one night and lasted until about 5am the next morning. After my muscles calmed dowm form the twitching I was complled to the floor where spirit(?) did about 2 hours of very beautiful yoga through me. It has taken me years to figure out what it was that happened.

A question I have of all who choose to respond is do you have the sensation of a "glowing sacrum" most of the time? Also do you find that a strong emotion will increase the "glowing" sensations?

I am most delighted to have found this group.
