I would like to wholeheartedly second what Amy said here. I am a newbie too
(a few days), and would personally prefer to talk about the most
overwhelming factor and reality of my life (K).

Not talking about it is one of the most difficult aspects of it. When the
noise level increases, it becomes more difficult to say important things.
