I have been observing your postings for several days. I am a new
member to this site as of about 5 weeks ago.

I cannot quote from books , and do not plan to in the near future. I
view quotes as those how have no personal imput from experience, and
are agitating others on this web site with their book knowledge.

Please forgive me for being so blunt, but you guys get off on
tangents that have nothing to do with this web site. As others have
said, take it elsewhere because some of use really need help from the
people on this site.And if the moderator is reading this, please help me to restore this
site what it was intented for. Not to offend others, but I can have
these diet & non-sugar debates with any of my friends here at home.
But I can't openly discuss K. with them which is why I need us stay
with the subject matter.If I have raised some fur, which I'm sure I have then just voice your
opinion.

Speaking fom the heart, I need to talk to this forum of souls
gathered. Sometimes your the only thing I have in the middle of the
night. I think this is something we all need to consider.Lost in the night,
