Since you addressed me, albeit mistakenly, I am responding -- in support of what Mystress Angelique said...Your ghost is just that, a ghost. While I don't doubt that "demons" exist, I really like the definition that someone posted about "daemons." They is US! Also, try to take this intellectual leap: The past does not exist. The future doesn't exist either. It's all in the now.

No doubt we've all had past life experiences. Sometimes I actually feel my consciousness shift and "see" a scene from somewhere else. Sometimes in a sleeping dream, the dream comes through as a bit more clear, a bit too real -- and I know it's something from the past. But that doesn't take away from the fact it's happening in the "now."

During my childhood I was subjected to pretty abusive situations, but as a child I didn't have full grasp of the intensity of the hurt, or damage. Every now and then I find myself reliving one of those terrible scenes and experience <intense> adult pain, just watching the scene. But then I remind myself, IT DOESN'T EXIST! Little Hety and her parents were then, this is adult Hety NOW and those feelings and emotions are ghosts of the past -- in this life. God and Christ exist in THIS moment, they don't live in the past. And they love you in this moment, more than you can possibly know.

Here's my suggestion: You talk about Christ Consciousness. That Consciousness lives in the present moment. You may want to get the book A Course in Miracles. The words will bring your mind into the present and show you how forgiveness -- of others and yourself -- will give you peace. Christ Consciousness is not exclusive to Jesus, BTW. It encompasses all and everything that holds the vision of love and light. And Angela, that's ALL you are -- love and light! You may only THINK that you're not! ;-)
