From the awakening of the serpent energy,
many people have this ability to sense directly the flow of thoughts from others.
Also, there could be lodged in them, this will for knowledge which drowns all reason
Powers of unusual intelligence comes to them in differing degrees.
"Humanity framed his movements less and less;
A fearless will for knowledge dared to erase
The lines of safety Reason draws.
He made of miracle a normal act
And turned to a common part of divine works,
The gifts of the spirit crowding came to him;
It looked into the very self of things;
It plucked out from grey folds of secrecy
The motives which from their own sight men hide.

Here, Sri Aurobindo in pages 26 and 27 of Savitri
describes the state of an awakened Rishi, Aswapati.

It is the 3rd chakra of will-power, that has two petals.
One petal faces downward for worldly indulgence.
The 2nd petal faces upward for spiritual activity.
Since both the petals are of the willpower chakra,
the awareness flowing through this chakra can simultaneously be worldly and spiritual
Anxiety attacks are felt against the navel, the location of this 3rd chakra.
So, the feeling is in the stomach pit or the solar plexus.
And, using the next lower 2nd chakra of diplomacy against the reproductive organ,
one can cleverly conceal the involution in worldliness simultaneously with spiritual pursuit,
and put up a show of only being spiritual, the beginning of spiritual deceitfulness.
Majority of the common religious people in India, dwell in this region of awareness.

> Jesus said, "Only a wicked and adulterous generation seeks signs".
> In meditation, things don't really start cooking until the heart chakra opens up.
Since the reproductive organ is at the middle of the body,
the Garden of Eden is the body and the tree at its middle is this 2nd chakra of sense-mental reason.
The Lord forbade Adam and Eve from lowering their energies into this chakra.
One enters into this sexual differentiation and enjoyment through the lower petal of the 3rd will power chakra.
The Lord had given the choice of the enjoyment of all the higher chakras to Adam,
beginning from the 4th heart chakra, using the higher spiritual will petal of the 3rd will power chakra.

The world is energy and not solid physical as it appears to our sight.
It is not sense-mentally logical but it is metaphysically logical.
Such logic is imbibed in Hindu monks by the study of Nyaya aphorisms of Sage Gautama
